Frequently Asked Questions


When can I expect my order to arrive? 
Orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure arrival before the weekend to prevent your order from sitting in a warehouse for extended times. If an order is placed towards the end of the week or weekend it will likely ship the following Monday.

What are shipping costs?
Rates are based on the size of the box. This ranges from $6.95 to $10.95. We presently ship flat rate USPS. Note that two 0.5 pound boxes fit nicely in a single small flat rate box, so ordering at least two gives you the most bang for your buck.

Can I track my order? 
Yes. You will be provided a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally? 
At this time we do not ship internationally.

Does 1Fudge melt if shipped in warm weather? 
No. It may arrive soft if above room temperature during shipping. Feel welcome to eat fresh out of the box, or allow to cool to room temperature if preferred.

I live in or near Rib Mountain, WI. Can I pickup my order from your facility? 
Yes.  We invite local customers to enter discount code LOCALPICKUP when checking-out to waive shipping costs and pickup at our facility. See 'Local Pickup' page for details.

Can I place an order by phone?
Yes.  Please call us at 715.355.4648 between 10am - 6pm CST, M-F, to place an order by phone. Please have your payment and shipping details readily available.

What is your return policy?
We sell a perishable product and are unable to accept returns. If you have any questions about your order please reach out to us via phone, 715.355.4848, or via email through our contact page. Please provide your name and order number. 


How do I store 1Fudge and for how long? 
1Fudge contains no artificial preservatives and should be enjoyed (consumed) within 2 weeks of purchase for optimal flavor and texture. Store tightly sealed in original foil wrapper in a cool, dry place. May also be refrigerated for 1 month or can be frozen for 6 months, although we doubt it will last that long. If refrigerated or frozen seal fudge in a sealed bag or a few layers of plastic wrap. Allow fudge to come to room temperature for about 2 hours prior to removal from packaging.


Do you offer vegan products? 
Yes! We have developed fudge made with coconut milk, coconut oil, and cocoa butter instead of milk and butter. These are all identified clearly as vegan in the product name.

Do you have dairy-free products?
Yes! All of our vegan products are made without dairy. However they may contain traces as we have shared equipment with non-vegan products.

Are your products gluten-free?
1Fudge does not contain wheat ingredients. However they may contain traces due to shared equipment.

Do your products contain nuts?
Some products do contain nuts. See our ingredient page for details. However, all products use shared equipment so may contain traces of nut oil. If you have a severe nut allergy we recommend you do not consume our products.

What allergens are present in your facility? 
All products are created in a facility that uses milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat and may contain traces of these ingredients.

Does your fudge contain preservatives or artificial ingredients?
No. We strive to source ingredients that are minimally processed.

Where are your ingredients sourced from?
We obtain ingredients from local and organic sources when possible. This will continue to grow as we develop partnerships with local farms and manufacturers. If you are interested in partnering with us, please reach out to us on our contact page.
